Question: I paid for a repair but didn’t return back to the website so i dont know where to send my GHD’s

Question: My GHD;s are listed as Not Repairable why is this.

Answer: The Manufacturer want you you but a new set as soon as your warranty has expired, to this end component quality and counter measures are adopted to make repair not viable.

Question: Do I really have to pay before the repair is done.

Answer: No you can skip the payment section and on the repair form state you haven’t paid, it will delay your repair as we check payment during packaging so you it will take a minimum of one extra postal drop in the process.

Question: What if my GHD’s cant be repaired.

Answer: We operate a No Fix No Fee so you will receive a refund minus bare postage cost to return your item, if you dont want them returned you recieve a full refund. We will contact you referance what action you wish to take.
